Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
We offer free shipping within the USA on bedding and kitchen items only. Furniture and other items are excluded from this free-shipping offer. Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days after processing, depending on your location.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package's progress.

Shipping Delays
Occasionally, delays happen due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume. We'll do our best to notify you if your order is significantly delayed.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Faten Nest is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked "delivered" by the carrier, but we're happy to help you file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, though we'll try to help redirect the package if caught in time.

Important: Free Shipping Exclusions

Free shipping within the USA applies only to bedding and kitchen items. Furniture, including chairs, tables, sofa sets, and related furniture items, is not eligible for free shipping.

Furniture shipping fees are additional and are the customer's responsibility. The shipping fee will be calculated and communicated to the customer at the time of delivery.
